Wenn ich einen REIT kaufen wollte, würde ich wahrscheinlich zu $O... greifen. Mir gefällt einfach die Verteilung ihrer Mieter, die nicht so stark von Zahlungsausfällen bedroht sind. Langfristig sind sie in der Lage zu wachsen, auch wenn es mit zunehmender Größe immer komplizierter wird.
