🚨 Position Update: I just opened a position in $VST ⚡📈

After watching the setup develop, I've decided to initiate a position in $VST (Vistra).

Why I'm interested:

âš¡ Strong exposure to the growing power & electricity demand theme.

🤖 AI and data center expansion continue to be a major long-term tailwind for energy infrastructure.

📊 I like the current risk/reward enough to start building a position rather than chasing later.

🧩 This is an investment thesis—not a bet that every day will be green.

My approach:

I'm starting with a position size I'm comfortable managing and will add or reduce based on price action and how the thesis evolves. Risk management always comes first. 🎯

Do you enter with, say, the first third of your planned position size and add the other two thirds later? Splitting into thirds has worked well for me in both trading and investing.

Hi, and what do you base filling in the other 2 thirds on and when? After a month, two, or when the price falls, rises... or when some thesis is fulfilled? I'm just curious, because I can't do this and I always just enter or not - then over time I maybe add to my position on dips or when I have money and still like the stock...
